Over fifty brass bands from all across Yorkshire gathered at Huddersfield Town Hall this weekend as they competed in the Yorkshire regional finals of the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain.
The event at Huddersfield eventually saw the Black Dyke Band winning the ‘Championship Section’ and they will now go forward to represent Yorkshire in the finals which will be held later in the year.
