In a previous post I mentioned a project I’ve begun recently on the fishing industry here in Cleveland. To that end I was out earlier this morning working on another part of that project – The fishing boats of Saltburn.
Towed across the sand at high-tide behind the weather beaten tractors the crews putting out to sea push the small boats into the cold waters of the North Sea, park their tractors at the high tide mark, climb on-board and with small outboard motors chugging away, make their way several miles out to sea on their fishing trips….
